In the project, which is planned to meet the needs of culture and arts in the Kadıköy region of Istanbul, a center of attraction will be created that can appeal not only to the users living in the Kadıköy region, but also to the users living in the surrounding regions, to attract local and foreign tourists, to live, live, educate and develop 24/7 actively.

The reason for choosing the Kadıköy region as a location is; It has been determined as a result of the analysis that the culture-art needs cannot be met because Kadıköy meets its culture-art needs from Beyoğlu and its surroundings. The population of Kadıköy and its surroundings, while it was an area with only garden houses and infrequently used in the previous years, is now transforming into a transfer center where transportation channels intersect, appealing to users of all ages, and having a cosmopolitan structure.

The project adds symbolic value not only to its environment, but also to Istanbul. Along with this symbolic value, many local and foreign tourists will come to Kadıköy to meet their cultural and artistic needs and will have the opportunity to experience Istanbul with its history, scenery, urban identity and texture, concerts and many different activities. While gaining all these experiences, a path will be followed in which social benefit will be prioritized. 

While the activities are experienced, the programs given in the teachings will be prepared and the young, old and children will be supported with areas where social development can be achieved.
